Description:
The appropriate notification "Cannot add to contacts as your contact list is empty" is not presented to the user when attempting to add contact-recipient if the contacts list is empty

Prerequisites:
have no contacts stored in the contacts list

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130430070201
2) Open Email app
3) Select to compose a new message
4) Tap "+" to add recipient from the contacts list

Actual:
Empty "Select contact" screen displays, no appropriate notification about empty contacts list is presented to the user

Expected:
The notification "Cannot add to contacts as your contact list is empty" is presented to the user
