Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.31 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/26.0.1410.63 Safari/537.31
Steps to reproduce:
Opened Firefox, browsed a couple of web pages, then left it open with only a page open, which didn't have any javascript nor video nor NOTHING dynamic. Starting using other programs while Firefox stayed open, completely idle
Actual results:
after a while, Firefox started consuming about 70% CPU all the time, while doing nothing.
I brought it to front, I opened a new tab with google.com, and closed the previously opened tab. Nothing changed; kept consuming 70% cpu doing nothing.

Can you name a reduced Set of Urls someone has to open/visit to reproduce the Issue?

No, I don't know of any set of urls that would reproduce this systenatically. This happened sporadically, apparently randomly, and as I said, after this started, I closed all tabs and left only a new freshly opened google.com tab. I experienced it no more than a couple of times.

That's very likely, but I don't remember for sure.
I almost always suspend my computer instead of turning it off, so almost certainly it _had_ been suspended at some time before this happened. I don't think this happened immediately after waking up however; more likely it was at some random time after waking up. Not sure, though
