* Michelle: can you list your key requirements here?
* Ryan mentioned today that having this many users on one call could be extremely expensive * Other options: Air Mozilla?
I am working on it - had a discussion with Tim yesterday about the global crossing line. Air Mozilla is certainly a possibility. It was mentioned that Laura was already talking to mrz about this? Let's see what the needs are: - how many people will join the call - how many calls will you have - how long will the calls be - do you want to share a recording of the call - is the call mostly broadcast? or will many participants be speaking?
Best guess re: requirements: - how many people will join the call: 60-90 - how many calls will you have: 9 - how long will the calls be: 1hr max. - do you want to share a recording of the call: yes, if possible. - is the call mostly broadcast? or will many participants be speaking? great if participants can speak, but ultimately could live as just broadcast with 3-5 speakers.

@ Michelle: what did you guys use so far, and how did it go?
We are going to shift to using Air Mozilla for the super mentors call. This reduces collaboration over audio, but we can invite a limited number of speakers and just use the etherpad for interaction. Not ideal, but seems like the financially wise choice. Thanks all for the help -- propose closing this thread.
* Can we mark this closed?
