867657 - Defect - monocle selection in text fields won't scroll if you long-tapped on the field previously

Tested on 2013-05-01 using latest nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/02aa81c59df6

While regression testing the story in bug 848594 I noticed that if I had long-tapped in a text input prior to just tapping to bring up the monocles, I would not be able to drag to the right or left.

Steps:
1. Go here: https://bug848594.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=721939
2. Long-tap on the field to bring up the context menu.
3. Dismiss it by tapping elsewhere.
4. Tap on the field to bring up the monocle and try to drag to the right.

Expected: The monocle should select text to the right, and the selection should scroll to the right.

Actual: It hits a wall and no selection scrolling happens.

While testing bug 848594 for iteration #10 I found I am no longer able to reproduce this using the latest nightly.
