summary sez it all. Bill Law is on sabbatical, and bugs going here [esp for
those concerning turbo/preloader] are going to be otherwise ignored.

who'll take this over? vishy? alecf? bueller?

speaking of turbo/preloader, it'd be great if that had its own component. xp
apps: cmd-line just does not seem appropriate. is there a request already filed
for that?

I think xpapps::cmd line is the right component for turbo mode bugs. 
Asa, I think I can be the temp owner for this until Bill Law returns from
sabbatical. Is that okay? thanks, Vishy

okay --i'll try to triage new bugs appropriately, if i know who the best owners
are based on the descriptions. :)

vishy, since you prefer to have the turbo items remain in xp apps: cmd-line,
i'll continue changing the qa contact for those to [e-mail] [or,
[e-mail] --whichever is best]. just so's ya know. (they're the ones
who've actually been doing the testing there. :)

until someone takes the Keyboard Navigation component.
