Connection: Wifi testing from : US SIM: Movistar steps to reproduce: 1. Start the purchase of an app from your unagi phone 2. Log in using Persona 3. Enter PIN 4. In the confirm your mobile number, change country to Spain 5. Enter your valid Spanish number (639311207) and pick Telefonica as the carrier 6. Click Continue observed behavior: "oh no! an error has occurred.." error message is shown. See screenshot.

Same error can be reproduce when on Data roaming (AT&T/2G)

I tested this today with Movistar and Spain region and everything worked as expected (SMS received, then after entering the received code Bango screen was displayed) Same when testing on Data roaming.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
