Steps to reproduce:

1. I open Firefox and go to any page to download a large file.
2. I start the download.
3. I close the browser window.


Actual results:

My download gets stopped, and is not running in background as in all the previous versions of Firefox.


Expected results:

The download manager window should stay open and the download should progress on in background, as in all the previous versions of Firefox.
