Steps to reproduce:
Closed Firefox & restarted it.
Actual results:
about 20% of the time it crashes again.
Expected results:
Should of have run perfectly.

for the last year or so, even with the upgrade to Firefox 20, this has continued to happen. I am not that computer savy, & have checked as well as I could the forums to see what I could do. Found really nothing as it happens on sites that I use daily & the sites are all verified, such as my banking, etc. The computer is used for banking, at home as well as e-mail.

It's more likely a bug in your configuration than a bug in Firefox. You should follow instructions in https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help and report back.
