1. Start the purchase of an app
2. Sign in as a new user
3. Create/Confirm PIN

expected behavior:
Bango screen loads

actual behavior:
Payments hangs with "waiting for payments to complete.." screen.

No need for the logs, this looks like it's because icons were enabled yet they are broken http://sentry.dmz.phx1.mozilla.com/addons/marketplace-dev-webpay/group/13719/
