Details

If the initial carrier billing, Bango only ever shows credit card billing option. This is an issue since users may want to switch to carrier billing.

a) If my first purchase failed, provide all the payment options available to the user next time they make a purchase (Don't default to credit card billing)

b) Always provide carrier billing as an option to user to keep our carriers happy.
