Steps to reproduce:

I was looking for a tab that I recently closed, so I went to the History->"Recently closed tabs" menu.


Actual results:

The tab that I was looking for did not appear in the list because the list was already fully populated with newer items.




Expected results:

There are two options to solve the problem:

1. Make the "Recently closed tabs" list longer.
2. Create a sub menu: older tabs", which will include some more recently closed tabs.

I am not sure, but maybe saving tabs takes a lot of memory, so maybe allow the user the option to decide how many tabs Firefox will remember for him/her.

where does it stop?   20 items?   Or limited by screen size?

The current maximum of 10 can be changed by adjusting the preference browser.sessionstore.max_tabs_undo via about:config
