This is with a vanilla 0.9.1 installation.... the version above doesn't allow me to select that. I have the WinNT taskbar on the left (instead of the default bottom) and it autohides. Now, when I mouse over the taskbar and out, the taskbar shows and hides again. After this happened, the items on the Personal Toolbar which were covered by the taskbar are shifted up one pixel. Both the text and the icons for bookmarks and download are shifted. But the home icon stays at the right place, while the home text is also shifted up. Mousing over the things puts them back where they're supposed to be. The order of things in the personal toolbar is, from left to right: home, bookmarks, download, customize. Interesting is that only the personal toolbar is affected; the menu is all right and so is the URL bar.... The status bar at the bottom is also not affected. I've set this to minor, since it's only a drawing thing.

It only happens in the 'modern' skin, not in 'classic'. Just checked it. In addition I noticed that after a skin switch, the items are also shifted up and a mouseover shifts them back down.
Works for me. WinNT 4 with build 2001061520
Also any window that moves over the personal toolbar causes that area to paint incorrectly. My toolbar is also incorrectly drawn at startup. Also as Jan pointed out I'm seeing mouse over causes it to repaint correctly. I'm running Windows 2000 sp1.
Reproduced on build 2001062905, Mac OS 9.1, Mac Classic theme. This bug has been hanging around for about a year, it might be a dup. Probably a -->Layout problem.

this does not seem to be happening in current builds, marking as WFM. Reporter please try this out on a current build, if it persists, please reopen bug.
