bug 862643 introduces a shortcut access to headset status from statusbar.

The correct approach should be: 
Have a Headset module in system app to watch headset events(now it's sadly mozChromeEvent) and fires custom events to other modules in system app for them to acquire.

 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 P-sensor does not work
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.make a call->during the call
 2.cover the p-sensor with hand or put the handset near the ear->The screen becomes black->It's OK.
 3.Then take off the hand,check the MS behavior
 4.The call screen not be brighten==>KO.
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 The call screen should be brighten

We may want to have a new audio routing manager and let gaia application can switch audio path or register event to watch routing change.
