(my first, and so far only attempt at this)

I downloaded beta stub via channel page, run on windows vista. First part of stub, the download phase, ran fine. It proceeded to install and according to the meter almost finished. Then and I got hit with "download process interrupted" per https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/installer-help/?channel=beta&installer_lang=en-US

1. I was no longer in the download phase, so "download process interrupted" is not correct in the literal sense
2. no explanation of what failed nor why
Summary: stub installer fails near end of installation with "Your download was interrupted" → 'Your download was interrupted' error message is displayed for errors during installation phase

It's unlikely that I will get to work on this in the next two weeks, so unassigning myself for now.
