During a conference room check, it was discovered that Bay Bridge's screen sharing function isn't working. When the share button is pressed, the share screen turns green and stays that way.
Screen sharing a mac laptop directly into vidyo via HDMI with MiniDP converter attached. Zandr believes its an HDCP issue.

It is an HDCP issue. All of the inputs on this switch were set to "HDCP Authorized", which causes the green screen problem. Now investigating how it got that way.
Component: Extron → Room Control
Product: Air Mozilla → Audio/Visual Infrastructure
Zanini - Can you check both GGB and BB to see if they can share a table input w/ Vidyo? If they do not, lets get AVDG out to figure out what the issue is.

Joel - Bay Bridge was not screen sharing because someone pulled the HDMI cable from the DXP output 5 (the one the program uses for sharing) and plugged it into output 6, which is not even being controlled. We plugged it into five and screen sharing is working in that room. Bay Bridge is not screen sharing because the switcher is not being controlled. Look at Mark's post for the Golden Gate Bugzilla ticket #965546. Maybe Guillermo needs to get involved with the password issue for Golden Gate's DXP. Either way, let us know what happens with that and we'll go from there. I remember the password issue being a problem in the past for one of these rooms after troubleshooting with Extron. Thanks! Jared
