Take a Nexus 4. Rotate it (landscape). Invoke the keyboard. See screenshot.

Doesn't happen in any other application other than Fennec.

Are you consistently reproducing this? Doesn't happen for me. I see something similar to this for the fraction of a second that the keyboard takes to come up but once it's up it looks fine.

Yes, but only in the 'problematic' orientation on the device (akin to bug 844502), landscape, with the buttons at the top of the screen. See screenshot.

I still don't see this on my N4. I wonder what the difference is between our devices. You're using standard keyboard, right?

Does not happen for me either. Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.2)

I also can't reproduce bug 844502 on my N4 in landscape mode, but Aaron and Lucas can.

I do not have a nexus 4, but I do see the same keyboard graphical glitch while in landscape. Nexus 7 (2013) (Android 4.3).

Steps to repro (not sure this is the minimum set):

1. In portrait, go to hotmail.com and enter a username/password - username has to be of the form user@example. With keyboard still up, click "Sign in" and doorhanger pops up.
2. With keyboard still up, rotate to landscape.

Graphical corruption goes away on dismissing keyboard or rotating back to portrait.
