There's a general problem with touch sensitivity with the Buri device right now per a recent QA analysis across partner apps and Gaia. We've seen problems such as: - Lack of responsiveness when switching pages on the homescreen app - Wikipedia's toolbar buttons not working - Home button failing in Game Pack - etc. Per discussion over email, we're filing a single bug for the touch sensitivity issue that we believe is a device-specific problem on Buri. A separate bug is being filed for the Ikura issue.

Adding needsinfo on buri to see if there is anything related to touch based drivers on buri device being updated to fix this issue?

Please include the logcat. This isn't actionable unless we get some sort of data in regards to why this is causing an issue. It could be a number of things, such as a process taking CPU time, GC, sensitivity issue with the device, driver based, etc.

The phone is barely usable as is and it's easy to reproduce.

Here's a simple STR to reproduce this: 1. Go to the homescreen 2. Swipe between screens Result - you'll notice some swipes will completely fail.
Actually, comment 7 is a different bug. Hmm...
Actually, looks like I can't reproduce the general touch problems now. i can reproduce the other bug that was filed about the homescreen not being responsive however. I'll update that bug with new info.
