+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #448865 +++
 
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  There is no display message of  activated call forward during MOC/MTC  setup
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1. Activate one type of call forwarding such as CFB. Make an outgoing call, 
  2. Check that the call forwarding status is displayed during call setup.
     it doesn't display call forwarding status-->K.O
 
  3. it should display “call forward when busy" at call screen
   
    the same issue still exist when receive an incoming call

  the call forwarding status is displayed during call setup

This is a new feature not implemented and not planned, so we cannot do this at this stage and we just need to ask for a GCF waiver. 

By the way, is this supported by Android devices or iPhone?

This is not working in Samsung Galaxy Nexus and on iPhone. Are you telling me none of those devices are certified by GCF? 

Alex, I defer to you final decision here, but this is not a blocker for us.

Taking this on will certainly slip our schedule.  When do you think you will have an answer from the lab about waiving this requirement?
