The Gaia diff only shows a change in the SMS app so I think it is a Gecko regression.

Probably better to get a regression range down to a day, then go further to nail this down to a gecko commit rather than trying to do direct testing.

Sorry, wrong bug

Jason and I talked about this and it was suggested that maybe someone like Dave Hunt could help with analysis, so I am going to set needs info from him.

It's difficult to see this regression now due to bug 880390 causing the datazilla charts to mask smaller regressions. Is this still an issue? Could you paste any relevant results into the bug as a comment. I'm happy to attempt to replicate and reduce the regression range.

We have better numbers now. Looking back 60 days earlier, I can spot this regression around May 1st but also a return to better numbers around May 11th.
https://datazilla.mozilla.org/b2g/?branch=master&device=unagi&range=60&test=cold_load_time&app_list=browser,calendar,camera,clock,contacts,email%20FTU,fm_radio,gallery,messages,music,phone,settings,usage,video&app=gallery&gaia_rev=36644b4d9a7f57ba&gecko_rev=2ff3151f31b6e46a

I'd say WORKSFORME after the improvements around May 11th.
