Hi! Katherine Nelson, Mozilla Recruiter, can't seem to access my free/busy information which is making meeting scheduling really difficult. She just sees a /!\ sign near my name and has to guess at good meeting times. We've both checked our calendar preferences and everything looks like it should be working so we're stuck and looking for help. Thanks!

Hey Bryan, I believe your calendar setting is excluding your busy/free times. Here's the fix: In Zimbra, you'll want to go to your calendar tab, right click on your main calendar, select edit properties, uncheck the Exclude this calendar box and click OK to save. Let me know if that a works.
