Spin-off from bug 857461:

It appears that we use html:a elements with the classname "inline-link" for certain links in preferences. This is the only place in the tree where we do this. We should probably replace these elements with something else so they can be styled from toolkit's global.css.
I can't find these classnames in preferences anymore. They're used in updates.xul, but they're not html:a elements, and I guess that's fine.
