I'd like to update the footer of webmaker.org with correct social media buttons.

Notes: Twitter requires the official API/Follow button to 'prove' you are a rightful account owner for verification. I have asked Gunner for any shortcuts/assistance for that and have not heard back.

Optimally, we would use Follow buttons in all cases aside from 'blog'.

Is there a font-awesome icon for g+ or Aali, do you need me to make one?

Changing bug title to reflect remaining footer changes. Aali found a g+ icon so we're good there.

We also need to update all the other text links in the footer:

    Blog  -->  blog.webmaker.org
    About us  -->  /about
    Get involved  -->  /getinvolved
    Donate  -->    https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/join-mozilla?source=join_link
    Contact  -->  mailto:[e-mail]
    Privacy  -->  /privacy
    Legal  -->  /legal

Last thing is to lighten the horizontal divider line to match the vertical dividers between links. All divider lines should be #ededed
