Display: 1920 x 1080 with zoom at 125% on Win 7.
STR: about:addons > plugins
Result: bottom of the drop-down list is missing.
If I set my display with zoom at 100%, the rendering is normal.

Works for me on 200%

Try various resolution like 125 or 150%. Same rendering?

I played with devPixelsPerPx and can only replicate with 1.25. 1.5, 2.0, and 1.0 are all fine. I can try again with Windows DPI settings later today when I have the opportunity to log off, but I expect no difference.
Looks like a layout rounding error.

Same story when I change the Windows DPI. Can only replicate on 1.25x. Also if I remove my font pref tweaks, I can make the text become cut-off like yours. This is also exclusive to 1.25x.
I'm not able to reproduce the issue with the current settings of my Win 7 machine.
Working range:

Greg, you supected rounding issue, so maybe bug 854531 or bug 853525 fixed it, what do you think?
Are you still able to reproduce with some Windows resolution values?

Yeah it's fixed for me too.
Funny, the cut-off text is also fixed, and I had blamed that on Windows font kerning.
