The screen of Date & Time panel has redundant space when NITZ is NOT available.
You could see that in the 'Redundant space in the Date & Time panel' attachment.

I remember this issue only happened on v1.0.1 or v1-train branches? please be careful landing correct branches, thanks.

Triage - Mark as tracking but not blocking release in case the patch breaks anything.
