I thought captive portal was for v1.1 and not v1.0.1?
Flags: needinfo?(fabrice)
Whiteboard: [status: patch on inbound, should be for v1.0.1?]
All shira feature is in v1.0.1 now, at least, captive portal implementation in gaia part is already there(gaia v1.0.1 branch).
Gecko part of captive portal detection is also on v1.0.1.
