There are six emails here: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/tree/master/apps/users/templates/users/email We might want to skip the password reset one if it's too hard to change what django is doing. Making this 2pts do to the number of emails although they are pretty simple.
Pulling this to 2013.9 and grabbing.
