SC13.06.27.1: Verify that final production devices work prior to July 1 launch date. (Owner: Li Gong's EPM team: Kevin Hu, Joe Chang)
SC13.06.27.2: Ensure that over the air update capabilities are tested in the next few days with both ZTE and TCL  - in advance of actually needing to implement a production update. (Owner: Li Gong's EPM team: Kevin Hu, Joe Chang)
SC13.06.27.3: Ugly offline experience needs to be fixed for V1.1. (Owner: Product/Paxton Cooper, Chris Lee)
SC13.06.27.4: Follow up: ZTE doesn't plan to upgrade OS kernel (from ics.chocolate to ics.strawberry) but this upgrade will be needed to update ZTE devices to V1.1 (Owner: Li Gong's EPM team: James Ho, Kevin Hu)
