Logparser contains several files that are obsolete and probably not useful, including server.py, emitrawlog.py, etc. Let's get rid of these.

What about these as well?
logmonitor.py, pidsignaler.py, processdir.py, scraper.py
I didn't find any users of those files aside from the ones you mentioned in comment #0. Just want to get confirmation before I blow all those away. :)

This removes the files listed above. I also did a few little cleanups:
* updated license headers
* moved deps from INSTALL.sh to setup.py
* removed unused imports
* whitespace cleanup
Seems to be working fine for me.
