I just opened a drop down list box, and I didn't realise there were more options than were shown to me initially, due to the lack of a permanently visible scroll bar. I think we should flash the scroll bar on when the drop down is opened to indicate this. (Eventually we should switch to more native-looking drop downs, of course...)
