 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 The phone does not offer you the possibility to attach a file
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Slide your finger twice to the right from main menu, then click on E-mail
 icon (previously configure an Account, in my case a Google one), press the
 “Compose Email” icon (top of the screen on the right), verify text box for
 writing an email is shown on the bottom. 
 
 2. Tap on “Attachments” (line between bcc and Subject).

 Should offer the possibility to attach a file.

It's a v1.1 feature, already implemented on v1-train.  Uplift requires uplifting changes to the apps implementing the 'pick' activity.
