 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [VQG][Browser]Make phone call via webpage fails.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 http://tiv-dmz.homeip.net, user:VQGTester,password:VQG8017.
 1. Browse the xhtml Umbrella test case (VQG－>Web / WAP－>Web/WAP － WAP.5－6 － Presentation).
 2. Use the links to jump to a required area.
 3. Execute and check the requirements described on the xhtml test page, click "make call 0", the handset displays "The address wasn't understood".---KO
 
 Address of "make call 0" is : wtai://wp/mc;[phone]
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 3.As android phone, click "make call 0", then the handset goes to dial number interface.
