The YouTube metadata.json should be including an etag so that we don't force an update after the first time experience unnecessarily.

got header from its webapp

{'x-content-type-options': 'nosniff', 'expires': 'Tue, 27 Apr 1971 19:44:06 EST', 'server': 'Apache', 'cache-control': 'no-cache', 'date': 'Tue, 14 May 2013 04:02:50 GMT', 'p3p': 'CP="This is not a P3P policy! See http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?answer=151657&hl=en-US for more info."', 'content-type': 'application/x-web-app-manifest+json', 'x-frame-options': 'SAMEORIGIN'}

And there's no etag in it, So we cant get that.
