 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 
 There is not way to dismiss updates received from the network without
 download them.
 
 The DuT does not offer option to dismiss the updates from the network
 without download them, only two options are present "Later" and "Download".
 
 It should have other opction "Dismiss"
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
 1. In a new DuT, make the initialization process.
 2. Wait with the DuT in idle state until it receives updates from the network.
 3. Try to dismiss the updates without download them.
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 
 The DuT must offer options to dismiss updates without download them.

We've been discussing internally this again, and we think we should not modify current behaviour. Apart from that, we've checked that this is not blocker for certification.

This is invalid - it's by design that you cannot dismiss the system updates notification until the update is complete. You can delay the update, but can't dismiss it, because we're encouraging users to ensure they have the latest bits.

That's right. Those can't be dismissed either. I believe that was by design as well, but let me bounce this over to Josh to see what he thinks.
