+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #451156 +++
 
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION: it seems A-GPS is not working, althoug device and external spect shows A-GPS is suported there is not option to activate it.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Confirm if device supports A-GPS
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES: Look for any option to activate the ""A-GPS"" option into the entire menu of the DuT, notice that  option isn't offers for terminal.

Talked with Fabrice in IRC. This should be fixed by bug 870172, but we should verify that's true.

Joe - Since you triaged this bug, do you know? We recently landed bug 870172 which contains the production agps preferences, so all agps-related bugs should be fixed. So what needs to be tested here?

my understanding is bug 871072 may just be a part of it and we need partner/mvines support as per comment 3. 
mvines would probably know more about this? as i am hearing that we definitely need partner support on this

Comment 3 still holds for the reporter, if needed still.   Bug 871072 doesn't really apply to commercial builds but I'm glad to see it made for the open source community.
