870298 - "Submit" button for writing a review does not work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org
2. Click on any app.
3. Login and try to write a review.

Expected results:
User should have been redirected to reviews page with his review added.

Actual results:
Submit button does nothing when clicked.

I can reproduce this.
The submit button can be clicked, but it does not do anything.

Upon logging in, and clicking the "Write a Review" button I see this:

Actually this is not working on https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org, but on https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org this is ok.

We haven't been updating -altdev anymore. Please test on -dev only. Thanks!
