I'm seeing a 404, which wouldn't send a sentry report.
Looks like only admins see a 500 because that file isn't there.  We could make the error friendlier but I care a lot less about this now.  I'll leave it open because we should catch tracebacks, I think, but p5ing and probably wouldn't reopen it if it got wontfixed.

Also updating the summary.  comment 2 shows a traceback trying to open the signed file but the file doesn't exist yet since the app is in the approval queue.  We look for the signed file to get the file size to use in the minifest.

Is it still happening? It's hard to rely on sentry errors when tracebacks are somehow removed on old errors (or am I missing something here?).
