We're upstreaming a app called Notes into Gaia, and we'd like to have a bugzilla component for that inside the Boot2Gecko product.

No default owner and empty QA contact sound about right.

Ran, do you have a suggestion for the description?
Any guidelines to the description? Or should I just have a brief sentence about the app?

But it also lowers the bar.

"Gaia's notes application." might just do it.
How about this:
Gaia's Notes application. Issues on Notes and Notebook creation, editing, sharing, l10n and storage.
There isn't agreement right now to merge this into Gaia. Please hold on creating the component until agreement on resolution comes from release drivers.
