870500 - please change vlan for hosts

Please change the VLAN to 280 for the following machines:

servo-lion-r5-001.build.servo.releng.scl3.mozilla.com
servo-lion-r5-002.build.servo.releng.scl3.mozilla.com

We might also need a bit of hands on help from dcops/netops since they're going into a new vlan and there may be things that don't work yet because of ACLs, etc.
