In the spain customization for the Mi Movistar app right now, there's intermix usage of a packaged app and hosted app in the repository. By the setup, we'll end up using a hosted app here. But should be using the packaged app?
Karen - Is Mi Movistar in the Spain customization supposed to be a hosted or a packaged app?

For Mi Movistar Spain the app is hosted. http://www.movistar.es/atcliente/MiMovistar/Pandora/manifest.webapp (The packaged version of Mi Movistar is for Latam)

Sounds like what we need to do here is remove the application.zip and update.webapp files in this repository then.
