purchase and install ssl certificate for *.paas.mozilla.org http://docs.stackato.com/server/aok.html#ssl-certificate
signed ssl certificate. it and the private key can be found on ssl1.private.phx1.
signed certificate now installed on load balancer in front of stackato router. i have also removed the wildcard (*.pass) entry in DNS in favour of explicitly defining them. *.paas became: api.paas login.paas
