 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Phone reset when receive video file from other MS/PC
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Use test phone pair with other MS/PC
 2.Form other MS/PC,send a video file(3gp,mp4) to test phone
 3.Find test phone will reset-->KO1
 4.Check BT,find turn off-->KO2
 
 PS:SW126 is OK
 asf,avi,mov,mpeg can recieve OK
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 For KO1,Phone should not rest whe receive video file
 For KO2,Phone should not
