Details
Reproducible on the latest RC (BuildID: 20130507220413):
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0
Reproducible on the latest Aurora (BuildID: 20130510004016):
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:22.0) Gecko/20130510 Firefox/22.0
Reproducible on the latest Nightly (BuildID: 20130510041606):
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:23.0) Gecko/20130510 Firefox/23.0
Plugin version: QuickTime Plug-in 7.6.6
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Open tabs in 2 windows
3. Go to trailers.apple.com and start watching a trailer
4. Drag the tab with the apple trailer and drop it to the other window
Expected results: The video continues to play fine.
Actual results: The sound of the video keeps playing, but instead of the video there is content of the page from the tab which was previously in focus in that window
Note:
This issue is not a regression: it reproduces back to Firefox 4.0.

Reproducible also on Chromium:
Version 25.0.1364.160 Ubuntu 12.10 (25.0.1364.160-0ubuntu0.12.10.1) - here, the image doesn't play either (a white rectangle is displayed instead of the video)

Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/
If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
