+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #870806 +++

toolkit/components/url-classifier/tests/Makefile.in - logic commented out back in 2011.

If still needed this bug can be used to revive the logic.
If not commented block can be removed to cleanup the makefile.

(When cloning a bug, bugzilla automatically sets the source bug as a dependant of the new one - which if not desired, needs to be removed from the clone bug form prior to submission :-))
