Hey guys,

Currently, we're hosting the request form for the sumo buddy program on my own server. Ideally, we'd like this to be a part of sumo. 

http://yalam.co.uk/buddyformv2/form.html is what we currently have, how would we go about moving this onto sumo?

I need a few things to do this.

1) The code for inserting the iframes.
2) The URL this will live at on SUMO.
3) Anything else that needs to be on the page.

Oh, even better this isn't an iframe. Just a form that posts to google. I think it would be great if somebody wants to help out on this.

Assuming kitsune supports HTML/CSS/JQuery on a page, all that would need doing is making the page on kitsune - which is the part I'm not sure how to do.

yalam96, I expected something different - integrated to website as a new route which saves data to a database, possibly something the user can edit later, like fields in user profile.

feer56, I have tiny progress here, mostly me becoming familiar with database layout a little and I didn't yet write anything. I am OK with this being reassigned if someone is more active.

We want to keep this simple and posting the the google spreadsheet like the current form.
