- tap the X to cancel the payment

Expected: you should be able to restart payment by clicking on the $0.99 button

Actual: the $0.99 is stuck on "purchasing" and when you click it the payment flow does not restart

If legitimate, bug 871480 is more severe than the bug report here. Can anyone confirm bug 871480? If so, we need to bump up priority.
