After bug 856075 lands on production, I should remove the mozilla.org/projects/technologies.html pages from the legacy codebase.
Removed projects/technologies.html and images/poweredby_200.gif (which appears only on that page). The diff is attached, but the output `svn st` is likely more helpful. > $ svn st > D projects/technologies.html > D images/poweredby_200.gif
