Details 
HTMLTrackElement doesn't return "subtitles" as default value.

It should be set to "subtitles" if nothing is provided.

"The attribute may be omitted. The missing value default is the subtitles state." Quote from the specification.

This works now and we are setting the correct default subtitle. My guess is it was fixed during review of bug 833385. I've included a test into bug 833386 to test for this.
