For issues with the library itself (i.e in calendar/base/modules/ical.js), please file an issue on github. This component is about the wrapper interface between xpcom and ICAL.js

I tried to do this myself, but I am having trouble with the watch user. If I specify one, I get an error that the user does not exist. If I leave it blank it tells me to specify one. How do you do this correctly?

you need to provide an existing user, which, hrm, you can't do because you don't have editusers :(  (filed as bug 871430)

i've created the component for you, and will look into fixing the watch-user issue (hopefully this week).
