Not quite sure against which component to report, sorry. Please advise.

This is a problem happening a lot on Flickr, e.g. on page given in URL.

The page loads images. When you scroll down, additional content is loaded below causing the displayed page to jump upwards.

I believe this is happening: The length of the page changes suddenly. The position displayed is probably given as percentage of page length from bottom. When the length increases the position jumps much higher.

Instead the position should not jump at keep the same distance to the top as before the additional load.

Sorry, sounds a bit confusing.
