Using jun22 m8 builds on linux rh5.2, NT 4.0 and Mac OS 8.51 When launching the (New) Filter Rules dialog from the Message Filters dialog, there is no default radio button set. I believe it should be set to Any (logical OR).

It's set to All (logical AND) using jun23 m8 builds on NT 4.0,linux rh5.2 and Mac OS 8.51. Marking Verified. As to what the correct default should be, it isn't really spec'd but All is consistent with the current Search dialog default. Nova platforms vary in their default. Will run this down as a separate issue later.
